The terms that apply to this website and to the estimates we provide.
This site is published by LV Masonry & Construction Corp. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
We keep the descriptions, photos and service areas here accurate and current. Even so, nothing on this website is a binding offer, a price quote or a guarantee that a specific service is available for your property. Site conditions, town requirements and material availability all affect what we can build and what it costs.
The photos on this site are of work completed by LV Masonry & Construction Corp. They show finished projects for specific properties with their own conditions, and your project will differ in dimensions, material and site constraints.
Requesting an estimate through this website does not create a contract. Work begins only after we provide a written proposal and you accept it. The written proposal, not this website, governs the scope, the schedule and the price of any work.
Estimates are valid for the period stated on the proposal. Material costs move, and a proposal that has been sitting for months may need to be repriced.
Excavation reveals things nobody could see beforehand: ledge, buried debris, old fill, unmarked utilities, water where none was expected. If that happens we stop, explain what we found and price the change in writing before we continue.
