LV Masonry & Construction Corp is a masonry and hardscape contractor working across Greater Boston since 2017. Patios, pool decks, walkways, steps, retaining walls and driveways, from the excavation to the last joint of polymeric sand.
Anyone can lay stone on a nice day. What decides whether a patio is still flat in ten years is what goes underneath it: how deep we dig, how well the base is compacted, where the water is sent. We build that part the slow way, because it is the part that is impossible to fix later.

This is the section drawing we build to on a typical paver patio in Massachusetts. Depths change with the soil on your lot and with what will sit on top, but the order never does.
When a crew quotes a patio for noticeably less than everyone else, this is almost always the part they shortened. It is also the only part that cannot be corrected later without taking the whole surface back up.

We meet you on site, look at the grade and the drainage, talk through material and color, and take our own measurements.
A clear scope with the excavation, the base depth, the material and the price in writing. No hourly guessing.
Excavate, compact in lifts, set the stone, cut the edges and lock it in. The site is cleaned at the end of every day.
We walk the job with you, fix anything on the list, and leave you with how to care for it through the first winter.
