Our story
LV Masonry & Construction Corp started in 2017 with a truck, a plate compactor and the belief that most hardscape around here is built too fast. Nine years later the crew is bigger and the standard has not moved.
We build patios, pool decks, walkways, steps, retaining walls, driveways and stamped concrete for homeowners across Medford, Winchester, Bedford, Weston and the towns around them. Residential work, mostly repeat clients and their neighbors, which is the only kind of marketing that has ever worked for us.
The name on the truck belongs to the person who shows up to measure your yard. If something is wrong, you are not filing a ticket with a call center. You are calling the same number that answered the first time.
How we operate
Excavation and compaction set the life of the job. We will not shave inches off a base to win a bid, and we will tell you when someone else has.
Before touching a shovel we look at where water runs today, because a beautiful patio that pushes runoff into a foundation is a failure.
Start dates that mean something and a crew that is on your job until it is done, not splitting time across three sites.
Saw cut curves, tight joints, borders that hold the line. The details on the perimeter are what people actually see.
Daily cleanup, materials stacked, lawn protected where we can. The yard should look like a job site only while we are standing in it.
Before, during and after the job. Questions in year three get the same attention as questions during the estimate.

HL Masonry did an amazing job at our house. We recently bought an above ground pool and we wanted do have a retaining wall, a path to the pool and some privacy trees. After getting a few quotes, HL Mansory was the best price. They show up on time, answered all of our questions and we also did some additional work with them.
